• Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional 1–3 days.
• Same day delivery is available in Karachi (only) and requires 100% advance payment within the business hours (10am to 7pm).

Shipping Costs

• Standard Rs. 195 is applied as shipping on all orders at checkout.
• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—check the website for details.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
• You can track your order directly with the courier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Inspect your order upon receipt.

• We will assist with replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
