15-Day Returns Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping is on the customer, unless the item is defective or sent in error. Custom or special orders cannot be returned.

How to Return

Initiate your return via WhatsApp 03117773526 or shop@limon.com.pk. Our team will approve the return and guide you on sending the item back. Do not ship items without approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. Depending on situation, you'd be offered to

  • Receive a product amount refund, OR
  • Receive a replacement

Exchanges

Contact our customer service via WhatsApp to request an exchange. Our team will approve your exchange request and process the replacement on certain shipping charges. Shipping charges will vary from city to city and will be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected same day (except public holidays), and approved full product refunds are sent same day to your preferred bank account or digital wallet. This doesn't include refund of any shipping charges.
